Paella Catering Central Coast.

We recently did a paella catering in Central Coast where the client wanted something special, for her birthday’s celebration. A week before the event, she asked us if we could do something with a friend who was intolerant to mussels. And we said, Of course! So we decided to add extra prawns( with some additional cost) and take out some mussels.

Sometimes, we have customers for a paella catering around Central coast, asking if we can modify or add some ingredients on the original Spanish recipe. Most of the times we can customize the menu depending on the needs/ allergies. So, don’t hesitate to ask about it.
