Terms and Conditions

  • Booking deposit

    A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm and secure the booking of your function, the deposit will be deducted from the final bill.

  • Safety

    It is customers responsibility to ensure children and pets are kept away from any hot or potentially dangerous equipment. Paella Show catering cannot take any responsibility for any damage to property or persons caused by non compliance.

  • Final Guest numbers

    Required 7 days prior to the function date.

  • Additional surcharges

    If the event is being held outside of Sydney CBD (60km) there may be an additional surcharge for travel, please check on booking.

  • Cancellation

    A cancellation fee of 30% of function cost applies to functions cancelled 5 working days or less prior to event. Cancellations must be in writing.

  • Payment

    The balance amount minus the deposit will need to be paid at the conclusion of the event.

  • Requirements

    Please note that we prefer a flat surface (2x3meters), covered and protected from the elements (wind, rain and sun), when is possible.

  • Time allowance

    We usually arrive 2 hours prior the serving time to do the set up.
