The previous weekend we catered for Tom & Kirsty wedding, in the lower North Shore of Sydney.
They had 120 guests including bar staff. Is this occasion on our paella and tapas menu we had four tapas, three different flavors of paellas and also special dietaries for two vegans. The whole event was a great success, with so many happy faces. At the end of the function there was no grain left in the pan.
